Our vision for ARC. is to create an ever evolving platform which can help our communities heal and thrive through artistic expression. It is not run or orchestrated by one single individual or entity. It is not set in one location. Rather it is a living breathing entity which will adapt and evolve over time, in whatever way it needs to, to help the betterment of the world and healing for all of humanity.
